Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pin Magic, operated by Muhammad Ali Qureshi, Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan ("Pin Magic", "we", "us") about your use of pin-magic.com, the Pin Magic Studio, the Pin Magic browser extension and our free Pinterest tools (together, the "Service"). Please read them. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Pin Magic
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18 if local law requires. If you use the Service for a company or client, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
2. Your account and activation
- You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- New accounts start as pending. After you pay, we check the payment ourselves and then activate your package (Studio, Extension, or both) by hand. Activation is manual, so it is not instant. Access is valid for the period shown on your dashboard.
- One account is for one user and one device. This covers the extension and the Studio together: the first device that uses your account is tied to it, and other devices are blocked ("already used on another device"). Do not share your login, and do not resell or pass on access. Sharing or reselling can lead to suspension (see sections 5 and 14).
- Device reset: you can ask for one free device reset per month. More resets are at our discretion, based on the reason (for example a new computer or a broken browser). In the Studio, a "device" means a browser: clearing your browser data or switching browsers can create a new device, which stays blocked until we reset it.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. What the Service does
Pin Magic Studio helps you create Pinterest pin designs from a link and your own photos, and the extension helps with blog images, WordPress posts, Instagram photo capture and internal linking. The free tools generate drafts of titles, descriptions, keywords and similar text using rules and a built-in knowledge base. The Service creates designs and drafts. It does not publish to your Pinterest account for you, and we do not promise any traffic, saves, sales or ranking results.
The extension runs in your own browser and works with your own accounts (for example Google, WordPress and Instagram). It acts only when you use it. If a platform changes how it works, a feature can stop working, and we cannot guarantee that it will be fixed.
We may add, change or remove features, templates or tools. We will try to give notice of significant changes that reduce what you paid for.
4. Plans, payment and renewals
- Prices and plan details are on our pricing page and may be shown in US dollars or Pakistani rupees. Taxes and bank or transfer fees are yours to pay where they apply.
- Payment is manual. After you log in and choose a plan, you pay by bank or wallet transfer (the payment details are shown at that step), write the payment reference code in the transfer note, and upload a screenshot. We verify the payment and then activate your account. A screenshot alone is not proof of payment: we confirm that the money has arrived.
- Monthly and yearly plans do not renew automatically. They end at the end of the period you paid for, and you can renew by paying again through the same steps.
- The Lifetime Deal is a one-time payment with no renewals. It is a licence to use the Studio and Extension plan for as long as the Pin Magic service is operating, not for the lifetime of any person. It is limited in number, is not transferable, and includes updates to the product we offer under that plan. It does not include separate products we may launch. If we decide to stop operating the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
- We may change prices for future periods. A price change will not affect a period you already paid for.
- Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank so we can fix the problem.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and fairly. You agree not to:
- use photos, text, logos or other material you do not have the right to use, or capture content from Instagram or other sites in a way that breaks their rules or the law;
- create pins that are misleading, hateful, unlawful, sexually explicit, or that infringe someone's rights;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or try to extract the source code, templates or data of the Service, except where the law allows;
- bypass limits, activation, device binding or security, or overload or disrupt the Service;
- share your account, or the extension or Studio files, with people who have not bought a licence, or use one account on more than one device;
- use the Service to send spam or to break the rules of Pinterest, Google, WordPress, Instagram or any other platform you use alongside it.
We may limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
6. Your content, photos and generated images
Pin Magic does not claim ownership of your content or of the images you create. You keep all rights you have in the photos, text, fonts, logos and designs you bring to the Service and in the pins you export. You give us only the limited permission needed to run the Service for you, such as processing your content in your browser and storing your account data.
- You confirm that you have the right to use the photos and other material you provide. When you paste a link, you confirm you may use the text and images on that page.
- Blog images are generated through Google Flow, under your own Google account. Google's terms for Flow apply to how you may use those images.
- The copyright status of AI-generated images is unsettled in many countries, and such images can look like other people's images. You must review every image and pin yourself before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the Studio, templates, layouts, extension, free tools, website design, text, logo and the "Pin Magic" name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them as intended. Pins you export from your own content can be used freely for your own business or your clients' businesses. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves as a template pack or a competing tool.
8. Third-party platforms and tools
Pin Magic is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Pinterest, Google (including Google Flow and Google sign-in), WordPress, Instagram or any other platform it works with. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their rules, features and availability can change without notice. You must follow their terms for the accounts you use with Pin Magic. The extension runs in your own browser, with your own accounts. If a platform changes or blocks something, a feature may stop working, and we do not guarantee that it will be fixed. If a platform restricts or closes one of your accounts, that risk is yours.
Competitor names on our comparison pages are used only for comparison. We have no connection with those companies, and the information is as of the date shown on each page.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookies page explain what data we collect and how we use it. They are part of these Terms.
10. Free tools and the demo
Free tools and the homepage demo are provided for convenience and may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time. The demo limits the number of previews per browser and per network. The preview works only on WordPress blogs whose posts are public. For private or closed sites you need the extension. Their output is a draft. Review and edit it before use.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranties, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated text, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your needs or give particular results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, traffic or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs arising from a third-party claim that your content, or your breach of these Terms or the law, caused harm or infringed someone's rights. We will tell you about the claim and let you help respond to it.
14. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
- We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms (including sharing or reselling an account, or using it on more than one device), if a payment turns out to be false or is disputed, if the law requires, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first, unless the breach is serious.
- If we end your access without a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
- If we decide to stop operating the Service, Lifetime users will get at least 30 days' notice.
- When access ends, your right to use the Studio and extension ends. Files you exported or saved in your own browser stay with you.
- Sections that by nature continue (such as intellectual property, liability and indemnity) survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, give at least 14 days' notice by email or on the site before they apply to you, except where a change is required sooner by law. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and contact us about a refund of any unused prepaid period.
16. General
- Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to rely on your local law or use your local courts.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Cookies page are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- If a part is invalid, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver: not enforcing a right now does not mean we give it up.
- Assignment: you may not transfer your account without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
- Events beyond our control: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as outages of internet, hosting or third-party platforms.
17. Contact, copyright and takedown

If you believe content made or linked through Pin Magic infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] with: what the work is, the link to the material, your contact details, and a statement that you are making the request in good faith. We will review it within a reasonable time. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe. We do not currently have a registered DMCA agent.
